Brochure TWT

TWT is an non-profit organisation founded in 2003 by housing corporations.

Our clients are involved in housing people with a disability. A specific group of people that is in need of special treatment, for example the possibility to live with care services or in a well adjusted house. Unfortunately, at this moment the demand for these kind of housing still exceeds the availability.

During the design and development of appropriated housing one has to take into account the special demands in order to guarantee a sufficient quality of living. TWT has developed products and services in order to share and co-develop relevant knowledge. Co-operating with TWT allows you to provide housing solutions for disabled people without you re-inventing the wheel.

Our experience and knowledge enables us to assist in an early stage of your projects.
TWT informs, advices and supports housing associations, providers of care and governments.

Study of the demand for houses
Our services will save you time and effort. A perfect example is the TWT yearly study on housing demands of people with an intellectual or physical limitation. This report saves you time by providing answers to questions like:

- What is the future demand of specialized housing per city in your region?
- What are the consequences for future developments?
- Do I need to look for business partners in order to meet the requirements of the specialized housing market?

Statistics can be used to determine priorities in developing specific well adjusted houses. As a consequence providers of care can start co-operating with housing associations in an early stage of a project.
In combination with the interactive “Kennisplein” (Knowledgebase designed by TWT www.twtweb.nl) you have instant access to up-to-date information on (regional) policy and market developments.

Access to a professional network
TWT has a big network including housing associations, care providers, insurance companies, local authorities, specialized schools, promoters of interest, etc.
By providing entrance to this network TWT can link its customers to relevant partners. People in need of a specialized house can contact our team and sign up for housing.
Housing associations on the other hand use our service to offer available houses, which are appropriate for people in need of care.

A monthly newsletter
The TWT newsletter is read by a lot of people working within relevant market segments. It informs them on new developments, new housing developments, relevant studies, background information, etc. Besides the digital monthly newsletter, a printed version appears four times a year.
